FAQ
1. Q: Can we get some free samples?
A: Of course, we can supply free samples, but the sample freight is on buyer’s account. We will return the
freight to buyer after customer confirm the order and the order will more than 10000pcs bottles.
2.Q: What is your mini order quantity?
A: Normally, our MOQ is 10000pcs, but for special product, MOQ is different, welcome to send us your
inquiry.
3. Q:How can you ensure your products quality?
A: We have professional QC and test equipments to ensure the quality.We are the gold verified supplier
issued by SGS. And the related certificate of gold verified supplier issued by SGS is available.
4. Q:If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
A: If there is any defective bottles, please send us the picture, we will replace good bottles to you in the
future order.
5. Q: Can you OEM?
A: Yes. Customer provide sample or drawing to us, we will make new drawing accordingly and offer to
customer for confirmation.Then we will open sample mold to produce samples, once confirmed, it’s time
to open more molds and start production.
